How far ahead do I need to order? Cupcakes are baked fresh to order. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for orders up to 50. Larger orders (over 50 cupcakes) will require a minimum 7 days notice. Friday, Saturday & Sunday's are our busiest days, we recommend booking early to avoid dissappointment. How big are your cupcakes? Our cupcakes are regular muffin size. Our mini cupcakes are just a bite size or two! Do I need to keep the cupcakes in the fridge? No, cupcakes need to be kept in a cool, dry place (not refrigerated). Room temperature is perfect. How long will the cupcakes stay fresh? Cupcakes are best eaten on the day, however they can stay fresh up to 3 days in the box supplied. What is the minimum order? Regular Muffin size - 12 Cupcakes Cupcakes can be picked up by appointment from 'The Party Shack' (152 Victoria Street, Seddon) http://www.thepartyshack.com.au Do you deliver? Yes, we can deliver. We like you to receive your cupcakes in the same condition as they leave our kitchen, therefore we deliver them ourselves. Delivery to Melbourne Metro starts at $25. We also offer local delivery at a discounted rate of $15. How do I pay? We accept payment by credit card (via paypal), cheque, money order or direct deposit. Corporate orders may be placed on account. All cupcake orders need to be paid for in full by delivery/pick up date. Do you have cupcake stands available for hire?
Yes, we have 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 tier acrylic stands available for hire. Hire is for a 3 day period. Refer to our stand hire page for details We also have disposable three tier silver cardboard cupcake stands. They hold up to 30 cupcakes and are $16.95. |
